Blau Syndrome International Summit: Science & Community in Partnership
July 9–10, 2026 California State University, Fullerton
The Cure Blau Syndrome Foundation is pleased to announce its inaugural Blau Syndrome International Summit: Science & Community in Partnership will be held on Thursday, July 9-Friday, July 10, 2026 at California State University, Fullerton. There will be an in person dinner for all summit attendees on the evening of Thursday, July 9. Additional information can be found on our Blau Summit Main page.
Attendees who wish to present at the Blau Syndrome International Summit are invited to submit an abstract for consideration. Final scheduling and organization of presentations will be determined by the Scientific Program Committee. Please review the submission instructions carefully before preparing your abstract.
Submission of an abstract constitutes a formal commitment by the presenting author to attend the Summit and present during the session and time assigned by the Scientific Program Committee.
All expenses related to the preparation, submission, and presentation of abstracts, including registration, travel, and accommodations, are the responsibility of the presenting author unless otherwise specified.
Submission Process
To ensure consistency, abstracts must adhere to the following requirements:
• The total length of the abstract must not exceed 3,000 characters, including spaces. This is approximately 400 words or a maximum of 90 lines.
• Character limits include both the title and the abstract body.
• Images, figures, graphs, and tables may not be included.
The abstract body must be structured using the following section headings:
Introduction
Objectives
Methods
Results
Conclusion
